My career began in drafting and design, where I learned the importance of precision, clarity, and detail. Over time, I advanced through engineering and leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Engineering. Along the way, I not only developed technical expertise but also gained deep insight into how teams function, how leaders influence outcomes, and how communication shapes results. This journey gives me a unique ability to connect with everyone—from technical staff to executives—because I’ve walked in their shoes.
